The worst bank in South Africa. I've been trying to fix 2 of my business accounts online banking for over 4 month. I've been sent from pillar to post, no branch can help me they give a phone number that nobody ever answers. The bank gives email addresses of people who also cant help. I've even tried to close my account but they can't even transfer my money. I don't have th words of how ******* this bank is,my business only runs for 1 month in a year DECEMBER and now I can't do that because my banking isn't working. I asked the business banking to collect the point of sale in January this year still havnt picked the machines up and they debt my account R900 every month.
