fnb *******

I tried to renew my car licence disc using the fnb app. They took R3000 from my cheque account then later came back and said it couldnt be done as there was a block on my account at the licence department. I have been asking for my refund for days now, actually more than a week. i keep getting sent from pillar to post. I'm now on hold for 10 minutes...waiting for someone to assit me with my refund.
