FNB rock

I would like to thank FNB Empangeni for assisting us . My father passed and we had to get statements from FNB that my mum had to give to the funeral sevice to claim. We had copies of my fathers ID and his death certificate that we had to certifiey at the police station. I asked the constulant if they were willing to help certify the copies as my mum was in a very emotional state. To certify the copies of the ID and Death notice its not thier job The consultant called her supervisor and she was more than willing to sign if for us. This is truly a #Win bank. Saved us a trip to the police station and my mum standing in a long row
