FNB Robs me in broad daylight

I called FNB personal loans to settle my loan the amount online is R41365.48 so i call FNB to find out where i need to pay the money to, they agent gives me the banking details and gives me a settlement amount of R41962.53 and says that is the full settlement including admin charges and bank fees. Then i said fine and ended the call, i then realised i forgot to ask where i need to send the proof of payment to and what the name of the account is and i call back and the other agent tells me the amount is R42300.00. Im like WHAT? are u insane, this wasnt even 2 mins yet, im sorry FNB u are a joke and robbing me in broard daylight, im trying to settle my damn loan and u are making my life so difficult only because u want to charge me more interest. I am NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!! I want this sorted out NOW!!! You pathetic ******s
