FNB Robertson Branch can not simply close out an account
We went into the Robertson branch in the middle of June to have my wife's business account closed out, this has still not been completed and it is now close to the end of July. This means that we are paying for another month's fees on an account which we do not use anymore.
How difficult is to close out a account?
Wouldn't recommend FNB for any business related accounts.
