FNB robbing people

I switched my homeloan since FNB is useless. My settlement was +-R781 000. They Deducted/requested +-R801 000 to " cover them" if I dont make a payment while I switch my homeloan. They were supposed to refund me about R20 000. They only refunded me R10 126.

Now they tell me I must wait up to 40 days for them to refund me the remaining R9730(which was a debit order) to be reversed.

I had people that installed solar and had to be paid and those idiots tell me I must wait a month amd a half waiting for my own money!! They said they will escalate it and a "manager" will call me,im still waiting!! Ref no:RC***
