FNB Robbing Clients

My wife app**** for a credit card and got approved for a facility. The facility was then loaded to her profile but could not use the account. We then saw that FNB has been charges her monthly fees but still the account is not active. Now after many complaints we can transfer money into the account to settle the charges but now the facility is gone. This is robbing us blind.
