FNB ****** me

FNB froze my acc in 2017,accusing me of *****.i did not know who did it but they froze my money.i lost acc details but now I want my money back and I can't get my acc NUM without going into bank ,they can't even tell me if my acc still open n being used by ********.how can they keep my hard earned money
