Fnb rob all there clients

Fnb is disgusting. I have been a premier client for 9 or 10 years. They are charging me a R400 for unpaid fees. In which they claim its a Google item that went off that cost R29 which was cancelled. Then I spoke 2 another person and they told me that my insurance went off and I made sure that there is enough money to go off. There was over enough funds to go off. The another agent told me that a debit order went off on the 23rd in which I have proof that they debit on the 26th.

I have a -R199 in my account as I put money in to cover the other R200. I will leave my account like this and I will move to Standard bank. It has anyways come to something of this sort. So I will rather leave fnb as imagine my my fnb charges are R1000 if not more. Sorry again
