FNB roadside assistance - waste of time

So firstly I took this service out and have been paying for years.

Yesterday, I asked my wife to go and drop something of at a family member, using MY car, and the car had some mechanical issues, warning lights etc. I asked her to wait there, then got there drove the car and decided to keep MY car there to prevent further damage... remember I drove it last and choosing not to cause further damage FNB roadside assistance are refusing to tow it for me, what a waste.

Secondly my 2nd cheque card was meant to have my wife's name on it (similar to my 2nd credit card) to be included in this roadside assistamce, think I got 2 cheque card with my name and never bothered to change it as I never thought it would affect this.

I find it un-acceptable for FNB to be playing on technicalities like this with me being a loyal client for years. This is MY car which I have drove last, If you need I will show you the car papers

Can the right people please look into this or I will need to decide whether to keep my account or move to another bank that doesn't waste my time.
