FNB Roadside Assistance Is the Worst
So I have a Petrol card with FNB which affords me roadside assistance. The only reason I got a petrol card.

Sunday 22, 19:30
I called FNB because my batter was flat and I needed a jump start. Firstly they couldn't find my details and i had to pay out of my pocket. The lady (saja or sanja) said she would get me a quote and call me back. Instead i was called back by a Philemon who said they could now see my profile and will be able to assist me. He said somebody would be in touch with me.

Nobody called all I received was an SMS saying \FIRST ROAD EMMERGENCY will be there around 20:35". I was okay with this. At 20:35 I received an SMS saying \""Did FIRST ROAD EMMERGENCY arrive?.\"" I rep**** no.

Nobody smsed back nobody called back.

Just lucky in the middle of all this madness I had the good mind to call my insurance cause i know they provide the same service. Bless you Auto&General. So they came and started my car and i was on my merry way.

Monday 23 Nov:
I had to call FNB to get an explanation. I get the old \""I cant see what went wrong. I will escalate it and someone will call you with a full report.\""

Wednesday 25 Nov:
No call from FNB. I am still waiting.

JUST DON'T DO IT!"""
