FNB Roadside Assistance - Cancellation without permission
FNB Roadside Assistance - Cancellation without permission I've been a fairly happy FNB customer for about 5 years now. I signed up for FNB roadside assist through the cheque account because for R6.50/p.m, it is one of the best value for money services. I'd used this service a couple times, until November when I got stuck on the side of the road and called roadside assist only to be told I no longer have an active roadside assist profile. I had not requested that it be cancelled.
