FNB - Road Protect 'service' For Licence renewal

I have always been happy with FNB Services until I tried to renew my Licence disk through their Road Protect service on the FNB APP. They have deducted the amounts for the service but nothing happens. Not a Call or ANY Correspondence. This service customer Care number does not even work. Can I cont on FNB to find out what the problem is and Correct it. Alternatively refund my money and remove this 'service' from your app. You do not need bad reviews on a third party service provider. Waiting for your responce
