FNB Rivonia....a remarkable comeback story for FNB.

I recently reviewed the FNB Branch in Irene Mall. Because of that bad experience, we went to the Rivonia FNB Branch to see if we can complete our bank requirements. What a huge difference between the two branches! At the Rivonia Branch my wife and I were helped by Petunia and after about 30 minutes my issues, except the FNB App, was a thing of the past. Then I was assisted by Khululiwe who took me thru all the steps a few times until we got the App to work. Meanwhile my wife had her bank account opened, her App installed and set up by the same two ladies. What a pleasure to be helped by these two professional ladies. Thank You!! I also want to mention that the Branch Manager was on hand the whole time to assist all over the Bank floor which I thought was a great example for some other Bank Managers.
