How do you order me to pay R5700 for a cheque account I ordered them to close.

I have been holding for 4 hours! No one has picked up the line. I sent through a complaint and no one has shared feedback.

I haven’t been using my account for more than a year, I asked them to close my account and they didn’t! Now they sent my account to Norman & Bisset! I didn’t apply for an overdraft account or even used one.

There was no communication informing me I owe the bank, to make things worse, no one from other departments can trace the account history.

I will not pay for money I didn’t use! What a ****

Fix this! Or I’m escalating to ombudsman’s
