FNB RISK RATINH 3

Following FNB review ***NF that I posted I received an email from FNB indicating that I am Risk 3. The email does not explain what Risk 3 is, what led to this risk level, what the implications thereof are as well how this can be remedied. The response email from FNB is not at all helping to resolve my query safe to say it is not associated with Debt Review status. As it is i cannot access any of the benefits of being FNB premier client and reasons thereto are not clearly articulated.It will be helpful if the bank can clarify the cause of this risk rating, it's cause and how it can be resolved.
