FNB Risk Profile

Good day,

Please help need urgent assistance. I'm having trouble with my FNB risk profile. I was on debt review and I have since settled all my accounts and a court order issued out to all credit bureaus to remove any flags on my name which they have done so but FNB hasnt lowered my risk profile and its on 3 and it doesnt allow me to get credit with FNB as am trying to secure a home loan. Is there anyone who can assist with this matter?. Just to get my risk profile reviewed and adjusted to 1 or 0 so I can be able to apply for credit. This is really important!!!!!
