Fnb risk of Merchants devices

The merchant machine of Fnb are unless and risky for business. I recently had a customer who made a payment via Fnb speed point and apparently the card was ********** now my account is been frozen for two weeks due to the transaction.

So as Fnb customer now im losing business due to your own device which you sold to me.

Im really disappointed your merchant consultant his not trustworthy the device has not been collected please collect your device I just want to close my account. My business is at risk
