I have been trying to get a hold of the risk management dept since Monday 25 October 2021. Everyday the entire day same message doesn't matter the time. " Unfortunately we cannot take your call" Alternatively press 2 to leave a message after beep, and then the call cuts. So frustrating.

My score has not been reviewed since 2015 and creating issues when I am trying to make a purchase. Please can someone mail me to resolve this issue. ***
