FNB Risk Flag after Multiple Years

I was under debt review over 8 years ago, i settled all my accounts with a settlement offer including my FNB Accounts, where they aggreed to discount my outstanding amounts due to the large settlement i was able to do. however i have since opened a company and found out recently FNB has a Credit risk flag due to the discount that fnb offered on the settlement of the accounts, i have purchased a company that has a account with FNB and we are looking at continuing with FNB however they have now made this impossible due to a risk flag
