FNB RIPS PEOPLE OFF

FNB are rip-off artists. I closed my account on 28 April. Zero'd the account. They waited a month. Deducted banking fees. Now wont close it cos its a negative balance - their bank fees!!! I hate FNB and am going to close my account for good with these con artists.
