Fnb ripping people of for using the app to buy prepaid electricity
Prepaid electricity bought via fnb banking app, was charged R250 service fee and tax on that for buying R500 prepaid electricity, 97 units, how is this possible. On the 16th of october i bought R300 electricity and received 150 units, no service fee nothing. This is rediculous, ripping us off for using a app they implemented to so called "help" us.

Today is Thursday, tomorrow will be Friday so i guess it will then only be assisted next week, and meantime, i need to purchase electricity as 70 units wont last me the rest of the month.
Ive been bying prepaid electricity since Jan 2023, and never saw anything such as service fee, especially not 50% service fee charged. On R500 prepaid, im charged R250 service fee, R32.61 tax, so i only received 67.40 units.
