FNB *********** customers with slow lounge visits!

According to my ebucks profile I get 8 slow lounge visits……according to the secure chat consultants at FNB this only applies to domestic lounges and not international slow lounge, but their policy gives another story….. FNB just ripping of customers and deducting R400 per person, just not worth it!
