FNB ripping of clients with unwarranted bank fees

I have a Gold cheque account with FNB without an overdraft. I noticed for a while now that FNB charges me a fee every month for a number of transactions after they have debited my banking/service fees. This charge 'Items paid no funds' is supposedly because they honor a transaction I made when I had no funds. When I investigated this on my account I found this is a blatant lie. I made a purchase when I had funds, obviously the merchant didn't bank it immediately and obviously the bank reserved the funds I had in my account for that transaction. Then my bank fees were debited and put my account in a negative balance, and FNB Still continues to honour transactions without there ever being enough funds in order to make the transaction possible. This month alone I have been de*****ed by FNB with a whopping R1100 on those supposed "unpaid items".

I ask and expect a return of these funds to my account from FNB, as this is completely unwarranted. I had to cancel my debit card in order for these ********** transactions to hopefully stop.
