FNB ripping me off my hard earned money.

I made an EFT payment of R450 to one of my beneficiaries on the 23rd of July and the beneficiary advised that she did not receive the payment. Upon checking with her, she advised that she had closed the account. I immediately contacted FNB and I was advised that the funds will bounce back within 5 to 7 working days should the account be closed.

I waited until the 15th of August, but the funds are not in my account yet.

I followed up with FNB and I being sent from pillar to post. I get a new consultant and have engaged with about 5 consultants on the 15th when I was following up and one of the consultants asked if I received a form that I need to fill which cost R395 or something like that.

I was not advised of the R395 when I enquired the first time on the 23rd of July. I was informed that the funds will bounce back and that is what I am expecting.

I made a transfer of R450 and you wanna ***** my R395 and pay me R55 back??? That is insane

I shall be waiting for my R450 and not this rippping off business you are in.

I don't wanna speak to another agent - I just need my funds because I spent 5 hours with different agents and I keep repeating myself.
