Fnb ripping clients off

I was using toll gates using my cheque acc and without being aware that the debit goes through immediately like it would at retail shop. By the time i was debited the was less money in my account. Fnb paid atound R70 for that debit and on top fnb charged me R150 for paying R70 to toll gates.. we are being **********..
