Stop orders were put in place with FNB for which they charge. After placing the stop order the debits for it still came off much later and them a week later the same company debited again. So double debited whe they should not have debited at all. Even with the risk of the virus going arou d I went into the bank and the consultant did her best to assist me in reversing the debit orders but to date it has not been done by FNB. Before the consultants in the branch had the power to reverse things like this but FNB took that power away, now all they can do is request via e-mail. I also discovered many other people there who had come in for the same reason, some waiting much longer than me. FNB is helping companies rip people off
