FNB *******
FNB is beyond disgusting! Charging R55 to reserve an ewallet of R200. I switched to Absa more than 10 years ago and I’m glad I did! Total *******!

Dear Sir/Madam,
FNB Contact Center received your complaint with reference number [***NF].
Kindly be advised that as the sender was charged R55 for a reversal since it is a fee we charge. As per our records there is no evidence that the *120*277# was dialed to retrieve a new pin and get the funds.

I guess I’m lying then about trying to renew the pin! Didn’t expect a different response from FNB anyway!
