FNB RIDICULOUS INSURANCE PRICE HIKE

My query was very poorly handles by Tshenolo via chat. He took extremely long to respond and asked rhetorical questions.

I recieved the annual increase letter for my home and car insurance. I understand the installment is increased annualy however its increased by alot. The excess for both my car and home insurance has increased as well! Why?

I have has car insurance prior to this one and have never experienced. T excess increasing just my monthly instalment and it was never by this much.

Either FNB lowers my excess and instalment or I move on to another insurer and would like to request any instalments paid to FNB paid back to me as I have never claimed.

Please dont hide behind emails as you usually do get someone to contact me to discuss.
