FNB ridiculous fees

I have been using this bank for as long as I remember but now I think I will close it & won't recomend it to anyone. They allow transactions that bounce back in a negetive balance & charge you R150 , they charged me R150 x 9 in just 2 days & its still continuing. Now the money is beyond negetive R1000 in just 3 days, I have complained via their complaints department but no feedback, I called & exhausted my airtime through their call center. Just imagine during these bad economic times they want to put you deep in debt through something that can be fixed while we barely trying to survive.
