FNB ridiculous double standards and effort to get a student loan

Im extremely upset with FNB the process to get someone to phone back for a student loan is lengthy and they only ohone back AFTER YOU MAKE A FUSS AND COMPLAIN. They struggel to provide me with a student loan, after theyve phoned me on the 30th of December to offer a R 300 000 loan. This is contradictory to what Im being told now for the student loan. FNB must make up their mind in terms of loans. As I cannot be told both I qualify for a R300 000 loan and at the same time that I dont qualify for a student loan that is not even 10% from what initially was offered by FNB who phoned me out of their own.
