FNB RIDICULOUS CHARGES & DOUBLE DEDUCTIONS

Dear FNB, this morning when I opened the newspaper I saw that you client service ratings is spiralling downwards, this comes as no supprise to me as I am struggling so much with this your company.

Yet again another duplicate transaction has been done on my account by FNB. I had to make it my problem and costs to try and have the problen fixed.

After the monies was reversed I was charged R80 to stop an internal debit order which is absolute bullsh!#. I was charged for an instruction that came through court as I have an active court order.

Please fix this immediately!
