Fnb revolving loans - what a joke

What a joke Been paying my Fnb revolving loan for years Contacted the debt collectors Fnb have taken the account back Back ? No statement No communications Balance outstanding No idea ? Contacted All the different FNB call centers/consultants this morning Nobody prepared to help ID number not found Ref number not found Balance outstanding ? No idea ? Call this number or they just drop the call Half of them sound like they just woke up ... Service at fnb what service !!!!! So now do i just continue to pay or stop paying and wait for somebody to call me
