FNB revolving loans
I have a problem with obtaining a paid up letter from FNB regarding a paid up revolving loan,the account had a credit balance of R3,63 after completing paying the loan and now they are sending me a statement saying there is an interest of R10,64 minus R3,63. How can a completed balance accrue interest and debtgrip has been sending me e-mails to give them the paid up letter inorder for them to give me a clearance certificate and remove my name from the debtreview and the letter is an obstacle now
