FNB Revolving Loan Scheme (more like ****)

I took out a revolving loan in 2019 which I successfully paid off in Jan 2021. I went online to settle and CLOSE the facility. But lo and behold today (25 Feb 2021) I am being charged a service fee for for a facility I requested to have closed and was assured it would be closed by 4 Feb 2021.

FNB is this a scheme or a **** ????

To anyone out there, nomatter how desperate you get do NOT, I repeat, do NOT take a revolving loan.

FNB now owes me money for these service fees. I cannot be paying for something I have requested more than 4 times to have closed. Someone who knows what they are doing needs to get back to me TODAY. I do not want to be told that it will take 14 working days to close as those 14 days have come and gone with more days on top! FNB resolve this matter TODAY!!!!
