FNB Revolving Loan nonsense

I am very disappointed with FNB. My revolving loan is not releasing the 15 percent funds. Iv paid more that 15 percent and available is still R0. I've made a lot of calls to fnb. Been redirected to several people who couldn't help me. No help for over 2 weeks now. They just told me my private banker will authorize the funds but it seems like that's not going to happen. Don't know why I pay so much money per month if I won't get any help.
