FNB Revolving loan is a ****!!!!

Honestly not happy with FNB lately. Im being debited twice on my revolving loan. One debit order goes off on the 25th of the month and the other on 1st day of the month. No one can explain why. chatted with a banker and she couldnt assist. Ended up giving me numbers i need to call and they cant assist too. they keep transferring me. I was told this required Face to face or Telephonic
