FNB REVOLVING LOAN FIASCO!
I have app**** for a revolving loan. I was told via a short mail to send my last 3 pay slips to a provided email address. I have tried MULTIPLE times,and recently I have gotten a mail delivery notification to say the mail address doesn’t exist. STRANGE - seeing that I typed and cooy and pasted the mail from their email.
It’s been nearly 10 days now and no assistance. I see that they have added the revolving loan to my profile,WITHOUT IT BEING VETTED OR OFFICIALLY APPROVED,seeing that you NEVER RECEIVED MY pay slips - I see it’s on my profile with a ZERO balance... That’s just poor banking and poor service. None existent email addresses,lian profiles loaded,without a final confirmation or contract....
I will be making a stink with the ombudsman if I get charged a fee for a facility I DON’T TECHNICALLY HAVE YET and HASN’T BEEN FINALIZED. So technically I SHOULDN’T EVEN HAVE THE PROFILE CONNECTED TO MY ACCOUNT!!
So either furnish me with the correct email address or just cancel the loan request....
I took a call from a lady who told me that I will receive a call from an FNB private banking rep tomorrow. They tried to call me today,when I couldn't take the call. When I answered by the 4th time they tried to call me in order to tell them I can't speak right now, I got to ' I can't...' and then the person just hung up. I didn't get to actually tell the person that they can call me back in an hour or tomorrow morning rather... NOPE...It's easier to just put the phone down in the already ****ed off client's ear...NICE....
