FNB revolving loan

FNB revolving loan has been a nightmare in recent months. I am a Pvt Wealth Client who has been doing business with FNB for year's. A couple of months ago I deposited money into my Revolving Loan Account and despite the fact that in excess of 15% being paid, my deposited funds were not made available to me. After several calls I was advised to go to a branch. I am exceptionally busy and travel a lot. Visiting a branch is extremely difficult. After posting on hello peter the problem was resolved. I have again deposited money into the acct..and AGAIN I find myself in the same situation. I called the loans department to ask why and am advised my account is on hold, without being told why. I was advised that the situation was escalated with a request that the hold be lifted. Still nothing. I phoned again and was advised that someone would come back to me today. I am still waiting. I am now considering my options. I will shortly have a large pension payout and cannot trust FNB to do right by me...despite uears of business with them.
