FNB Revolving loan

I am a current so-called "Premier" Fnb client. I have app**** for a Revolving loan, it was approved, feedback was 24 -48 hrs for the funds to be available. Its a week later and the balance is still zero. After numerous calls and communication to FNB with lots of promises still nothing.
