FNB Revolving Facility team, Rogue and Unaccessible and fail to implement Debit Order agreement and blame it on customers

Since last year I have had issues with FNB Revolving Facility Account. In January after I reported to Hellopeter FNB called to resolve the issue. The bank had placed a block on the account making sure even when the account was in the positive I would not access the available credit. It was lifted for two days and then blocked again. After I settled one arrear on 2 February, I again insisted that they need to reinstate the debt for the 16th of each other. But just like last year we reach an agreement for a Debt order date but FNB still does not run the debt. By the time I realise the debit did not run, they already place a hold on the account. Worse off, the Revolving Facility Admin is unreachable, personal bankers and customer care units are not able to reach them. It's one autonomous "Rogue Unit" within FNB which is hell bent to course maximum hell fire to those who fall victim to their modus operandi. Now they are back at it, again. I picked up the phone to ask FNB why is it that I am in arrears with this account when they did not run the debits, its not that the debit bounced, but the Bank completely ignored running the debit and turn around and penalise me by placing a block on my account. I think commercial crimes of this country needs to investigate this unit especially at FNB because it operates as an absolute rogue unit and unfortunately the Financial Ombudsman seemingly toothless to interrogate such rogue within the financial system. I did complain to them about this behaviour from last year and beside sending me an email last year asking few questions, which I provided, they remain as quiet as a church mouse. Much as the rogue in the police that is being questioned at Mandlanga Commission, I think the Banking system should be the next on the spotlight.
