FNB Revolving facility is a ****

I have opened FNB revolving loan account in December 2023. Never used the facility but was charged a lot of money. I have settled the account in March 2024 and requested closure. Until today the account is not closed and I am still been charged and threatened with legal fees. I have made number of calls explaining my frustration but no one is helping instead the fees are accumulating. FNB revolving facility is a **** to Rob vulnerable poor people
