FNB Revolving Facility
I have a revolving facility with FNB, and the loan was in arrears , however the arrears were cleared, and the facility is still blocked unable to utilize the funds in it. I have tried to contact FNB and i am being taken from pillar to post. No one is able to assist me in this regard. I am irritable cause the arrears have been cleared and the arrears still appear on the account and is frozen, please assist.

30 Dec 2023, 10:45Can someone from FNB , please give feedback, I have been trying to phone the call center, placed on hold and when you finally get to speak to someone, they hang up. This is ridiculous, an email or something to acknowledge the query.
