FNB Revolving facility

I have been trying in vain to get assistance with my Revolving Facility for 2 days now. Have been put through to numerous other departments with unclear prompts. While money was taken from my account on the 22nd of November, it is STILL NOT REFLECTING on my revolving facility, and I keep getting messages that legal action will follow. Please get your act together FNB. Very poor service.
