FNB Revolving Credit

My FNB Revolving credit is being paid by FNB life since October last year. Yesterday a payment was made . Since June i have been getting calls stating i did not pay my account . When I ask the agent for the month the amount is amount is due for , they cannot say and hang up. I even asked one agent to send me and email so i could take appropriate action. These calls are becoming frustrating. The calls start at 7:30 in the morning and i even got one at 20:58 at night. I am booked off work due to a stroke and these calls are unnecessary. The unfortunate part is that I have to repeat the whole issue about being ill and that the account is being paid by FNB life. This is also frustrating. Surely the people that phone need to take appropriate action. Please assist as I was again woken up unnecessarily .
