FNB Revolving account Closure

In January 2020 I paid off and closed my Revolving Loan account. I gave FNB a call 2 weeks later and requested to close the account. An agent told me the account will close in 10 days. End of February the account is still open. I sent them an email to *** they said they will close the account. Today is 12th April 2020 the account is still open. Who can I talk to, to genuinely assist me??
