FNB Revolving

I closed Revolving Loan 5 months a go , but they keep on Taking my money every month, They always say all call are recorded but when they do mistake those call are no where to be found .. first time i closed it they said i have to pay R0.13 i did same time while i was on the call they said the account is closed , they keep on taking my money as Revolving service fee , till i call them again Next time they say to close it i have to pay R213.01 i have to pay to close account . Why they didn't go to the call they corder , what about all these monthly payment after the account was closed? Where is this R213.01 came from ?
