FNB REVOKED MY OVERDRAFT WITHOUT PRIOR ARRANGEMENT

Without any communication or arrangements, FNB reduced my overdraft facility on my Cheque account, which meant that the Bank took my whole Salary in December. I have tried numerous times on the secure chat to get some answers and get the matter resolved but got little to no response from FNB. Apparently, FNB gave me an overdraft facility that was higher than my salary paid in to service the facility. The facility is more than a year old. Meaning IT IS THE BANK's FAULT. What is worst without making arrangements with me they revoked it and placed me in a financial position, where I don't have any money to pay my rent, medical aid, FNB Credit Card, FNB Revolving etc. They also dont want to assist me?. FNB this is against Bank Rules. Please help me to rectify YOUR MISTAKE
