Fnb reversals

Vodacom fibre putting ******* debitorders on my acc...ive cancelled the contract 2 years ago I send an affidavit that i can no longer afford the fibre for more than a year their were no debitorders on my acc..from dec 2025 all of a suden debit orders for diff amounts going through ...i contact Fnb through my app and they refer me to their reversal dept Darren Slade....He said that penalties will be reverse but he only put through a credit of R7...
