FNB REVERSAL REQUEST

I made an error while I was paying my landlord on the fnb app, the money landed on another company's account. I did a reversal request in August. Till today, almost 3 months later, Fnb hasn't responded nor reversed my money. and nobody communicates anything. all their numbers send you to secure chat only to have them send you a number to call which will be of no assistance.
